DESCRIPTION
High‑purity monocrystalline sapphire (Al₂O₃), base crystal orientation C‑plane (0001), large dual‑direction off‑cut: 6° toward A‑axis (11‑20) and 6° toward M‑axis (10‑10). Epi‑ready polished wafer with tight tolerance on miscut angle, TTV, bow, warp and surface roughness. This high‑angle dual‑miscut substrate creates dense atomic‑step arrays, drives stable step‑flow epitaxy, suppresses 3D‑island nucleation and reduces threading dislocation density. It is mainly used for high‑quality AlN buffer layer, deep‑UV optoelectronic devices, UVC‑LED, ultraviolet laser diodes and advanced nitride‑epitaxy research. Single‑side / double‑side polishing and customized thickness are available.
